I like and love all the programs. I've joined and have told my friends about it. Swimming to aerobics, too socializing ,and exercising. ( totally amazing). From the young to the old, their is something to do for you.Im satisfied!!

Silver Sneakers is so important in getting me going each week. It’s enjoyable and I have made new friends as well as reconnected with former ones.

Loved the structure of youth basketball last fall. We love the energy of Ms Bea and swim lessons. We love the kindness of Ms Cindy and Ms Lois at Kids Club while I get to swim laps.

I walk around the basketball court and use the fittness machines. I can’t use the basketball court because it is full of kids right now.

For me, I enjoy the yoga sessions. I especially enjoy Lauren as an instructor. I enjoy socializing before and after class. I am always greeted warmly when I arrive.

I love the pool on the weekends. It does get very busy and very noisy from the kids but I enjoy the pool time.

We just re-joined and have only been to the outdoor pool which was great! Looking forward to participating in more opportunities!
