What do you like about our programs and activities?

I mainly use the exercise machines. I like that the facilities are clean and well maintained and that the staff are friendly. My partner and I are a queer couple, and I like that we feel safe and welcome.

Love Master's swimming! The coaches are wonderful and the team mmbers are inclusive and supportive. Couldn't be a better group of people.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use the indoor and outdoor pool. I would like to see the waterpark open at 9 am for exercise in water channel. Would like to find better way to notify members when pool closed besides a note on the door.

Love using the pool 4 days a week, but wish the water was warmer for us seniors!!

We love the deep water aquatics class and appreciate Kid's Club where our granddaughter plays while we exercise. The swim lessons and gymnastics classes have been great for her and we have made new friends at the Y.

It has been many years since I have been back to the YMCA in Blue Ash (no reason except kids grew up and life ….) I found all the staff to be very helpful, welcoming and friendly. I can’t wait to come back!

So far, I only use the indoor pool. I like that the pool and the locker room are not crowded (family swim) between 7-8:30 a.m.

Lifeguards are nice, helpful, conscientious (especially Hanna)

Downside: 1) I think the pool deck and pool water could be kept a bit cleaner.
2) although the women's shower area is generally improved since the remodel, there
are only 2 temperatures: OFF and EXTREMELY HOT.

I am a new member. I am impressed with the many choices of classes available. I have not participated yet. I am looking forward to getting started.
