I love the programs. I love all the workout machines. I love the pool, especially with my muscular dystrophy. I love the friendly staff.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

i always look forward to going to the y..i go six days a week and i enjoy the steam room because it is always nice and hot...i use c1 to do my stretching exercises and use the track to do my walking and i rotate those activities..

I like having evening yoga classes available several days a week. Sunrise yoga on Saturday is great as well.

I really enjoy the line dancing with Robert He's a great instructor.
And I enjoy the zumba classes as well

We love the indoor pool with the channel and slide. No I really wish they had the indoor slide open when we visited. Both times we visited that slide was shut down.

The variety of activities make it good for anyone and all ages. As a silver sneaker, I appreciate the acceptance of seniors, which there are many here and that makes me feel welcome.
