The gentleman who helped me was very kind and courteous.He had my order, a Walker, ready for pickup and showed me how to use it.

We only have one issue, and it's a big one. Not offering any after-hours service options is really bad.
My chairlift broke on a weekend and I was stuck on the upstairs level because there is no service outside of 9-to-5 Monday to Friday. Matt returned our frantic phone call about two hours later but could only come on Monday. Luckily we were able to find the problem and fix it ourselves, but expecting disabled people to do that is on realistic. Obviously this could leave people completely stranded for up to three days which is reprehensible.
This is also an enormous business opportunity for the company. If you had service people on call after-hours it will be a revenue generator.

Rented a chair lift and was installed 3 days later. The installer was quick, left no mess behind, very pleasant and explained everything on operation. Not very often you get that kind of service. Definitely a 10.
