Very clean facility and nice staff. There are a multitude of programs provided for every age group.
I think you have great facilities and activities. I would suggest some self-defense classes, learn how to play racquetball classes and paving the walk path outside.

Its really peaceful and comfortable
I really enjoy playing pickleball and really hope to see a dedicated gym with padded flooring in the future. The Y has a great group of pickleball players. My wife enjoys weight training/cardio classes, plus Body Flow class, the teachers, and fellow classmates.

I enjoy the classes for seniors. The people are fun, welcoming and don't take themselves too seriously!

I am 80 years old and enjoy the companionship of others my age as well as all the activities that are age appropriate and helpful to people my age. I have attended Senior chair yoga on Mondays and Senior Fitness Wed, Thurs, Fri AM. I also go to Tai Chi M, W, F at 1pm. There was a very helpful multi week program called
"A Matter of Balance" that gave a lot of practical information about fall prevention.
The saunas, but don’t like people putting towels on the unit keeping it running for over 10 mins.
We like the classes.
I like the activities/sports/programs available to the children. I also like the aerobic/ Zumba classes.

I love the fitness classes and the instructors. The instructors are very knowledgeable of the types of exercises they are leading and of the needs of different age groups. I also enjoy the friendships and fellowship with other members.

I am pretty much a treadmill and free weights person. The new equipment especially the bumper plates are great.
