The part of your service we like best is Maria and her partner(s). They are conscientious, pleasant, and most importantly we feel secure leaving them in our home unattended. As we have stated before, the cleaning job they do is good: bathrooms are cleaned, floors are wiped, kitchen is cleaned with appliances wiped down, and to the best extent possible they leave our disorganized home somewhat organized. Is it a toothbrush - q-tip - toothpick clean job; no. But that is not what we expect nor what we are paying for. If we didn't think they were doing a good job and giving us value for the money we spend, they would not be here every two weeks.

I am very happy with the cleanings that the Merry Maids team gives me. My home is always clean; carpets vacuumed, bathrooms and kitchen spotless, and a nice fragrance when they are finished.

We very much like the team that comes to our home! Kelly is the team leader and she is usually teamed up with Kelsey or Semone (both are great).
We have had several team members over the years and honestly, they have all been really good to work with......some better than others with regards to quality of work but never an issue that hasn't been resolved quickly.
The ladies do a fine job cleaning the house, but they are rough on the blinds. Please remind them to be careful. Thank you.
