I like having a written standard and the assurance that the standard will be met. In my job as a train the trainer we have a written standard and it is very clear when a new instructor has met or not met the standard. I like being able to ask for a response when the standard is not met. I like being separated from that process with the actual people who are doing the work in my home. I like the make it right policy.

I like that the house cleaners come in, know what to do, get to work, and when they leave my house is sparkling and fresh.

I like knowing that my cleaners are part of a professional company and not just someone who says they know what to do. I feel like I can trust the people who represent the Merry Maids name.
