After a long day at work, coming home to a fresh, clean home is the best feeling. For me personally, know that Casheena has been to our home and she has treated it as if it were her own is just priceless. We have had Casheena cleaning our home for over 8 years. That says a lot for a company and a Person. I recommend Merry Maids to Everyone.

I like that the MM service ladies are usually punctual, polite, most have been observant, and adhere to our particular requests (don't move the tv, do not clean around the PC tower with temperamental attachments, etc.).
Your cleaning products are basically ok but I prefer the ladies use lemon Pledge on our wood furniture and lemon bleach on our porcelain kitchen sink. (We provide both products.)
We don't like the powdery residue that some ladies leave on the counters. We found out it was because they did not wipe it off well.
We certainly have two favorites and they are sisters...Livia & Laina. Thank you for finally assigning Laina with us. She has worked out to be the best for us!!! This was the kindest present my husband could have done for us for our anniversary !
