Merry Maids have been cleaning our house for about 18 years. We have and continue to have a wonderful relationship with everyone involved. They do a terrific job, are professional, dependable and prompt.
I like the ease of scheduling and the friendly staff members. However, I am still waiting on a monthly schedule I was told I would receive 6 days ago.

Friendly laughing employees that managed to clean a large kitchen area, panty, and small bath the I found out from land lord had not been cleaned in or so years. It’s an Old house - bottom floor was used to store landlord’s stuff - never cleaned during that time it was as bad.. I expected since I was moving in as a new tenant that he would have cleaned it; not.

We have been using Merry Maids for 10+ years. We have never had a problem. Their communication is great as to when their team will arrive. We have been satisfied with the cleanings. If we have ever had a issue they have addressed it in a timely manner.

Notification the day before of arrival time; friendly cleaner who gets right to work and does a thorough job; I especially like that I usually have the same cleaner since she knows the house and where extra attention is required
