Merry Maids is very dependable and tries to accommodate our schedule. The shower product we don't care for as it seems to leave some kind of little invisible scratchy things on the glass. We asked Merry Maids just to wipe down the shower with no cleaner, and that has been working well. Would like to mention the Merry Maid named Claudia that works out of the Gold River office in Rancho Cordova...she does exceptional work every time. I can always tell when Claudia has been part of the team that comes to clean my house (she's not always available). Overall, we're very pleased with Merry Maids and have been with them for years!

I like that I see(mostly) the same two wonderful ladies each time and that I can rely on them being at my home at the promised time. They are in and out fast but are careful to do what is needed. Carlos has come out twice now to help with carpet stains for me. That was very nice. He is so polite and always gives us a confirmation call.
