Our experience with the Y Chipmunk Preschool has been super amazing. All of the teachers and staff worked very hard to provide a fun loving, safe, educational experience for our children. Y Chipmunk Preschool provided the foundation needed for our little ones to excel. The hard work, dedication and love for our children does not go unnoticed. Thank you all!!
Super friendly and personable teaching and admin staff. Strong continuity in staffing provides familiar faces for families and students. The school feels more like a community than “just a daycare center”. The school puts great effort into offering several varied enrichment opportunities for students.
Cheryl and the entire teaching staff have been absolutely wonderful for our children. I LOVE knowing that they are safe and with adults who know them individually and truly care about their wellbeing. Additionally, it was so important to find a MSDE accredited preschool and not just a childcare program. My son will be entering Kindergarten this fall and has been so well prepared by the curriculum. We also love the summer camp options. My son always has so much fun and was so excited for his little sister to come along this year. She is also loving it! The camp weeks really help my children transition between the school years while still having a summer break.
The teachers are amazing! They are very engaged with all of the children and provide a very wholesome learning experience.

Good people, good structure, good communication. Been at 3 other daycares due to moving and job changes, but the Y has been the best. The others were good too but the Y is the best.
We've only experienced The Y for a short few months. Still, my son has blossomed due to the experience, caring, and dedication that goes into the team; his teacher Mrs. Iesha to all the staff, has been a true blessing in helping my son get the best quality care. I'm hoping to continue with them in the future:)

My daughter has been going to the Preschool for about a week now. She already has a best friend and a teacher she really likes. Ms. Malee! Before my daughter left for the day she ran back to give Ms. Malee a hug. It immediately warmed my heart! I knew that she MUST be super nice and caring to my daughter in order for her to have an immediate connection. I loved that! Everyone on the staff is super nice and friendly. I love the updates throughout the day! The communication is top tier! That was super important for me as well. As a first time mother, I feel more than comfortable leaving my baby there! It was so hard for me. It has been an easy transition I see why it was so lengthy to get off the waitlist ! :)

My child is learning so much at his Y Preschool, and is really developing in his ability to play in a focused way. Plus, I love having him on the campus where I work, and being able to easily attend school-wide events for special occasions!

We absolutely love being part of the Y family!! During our tour, we knew that there was no need to look any further. We were warmly welcomed by Cheryl Rosendahl, Y Preschool Director, and were introduced then and there to Nichole Walker, the teacher for my son. We were comfortable from the beginning, and couldn’t wait to begin. We have fully enjoyed the school activities we have been able to attend, and look forward to participating in more.
