Swimming lessons
Our instructor was nice but firm. She demonstrated the skills and helped reassure everyone during practice. I highly recommend.
I love the deep well and the step entry! I love watching the other swimmers, especially the children. I wish the hours were longer on the weekends and in the evening. I loved swimming after dinner when you were open til 10pm. Your lifeguards are lovely to talk to and very attentive to their responsibilities. I love when I see the camps come in, swim practice for local teams and exercise programming. The 5am opening is packed with early risers, such a welcoming group! The ymca needs to continue serving this area of Batlimore county. Every human should know how to swim! I think the Y should expand programming and hours at Randallstown. It's ok that full programming isn't available. What we have is enough! I'd like to see Randallstown support a Y swim team again.I was disappointed that the pool water wasnt changed last August. Could the y negotiate with the county to use some of its space for exercise classes to allow for more programming that you say is needed? Please don't close such a successful place. The Ys mission and goal is to serve and is doing so successfully in Randallstown. If money is the problem, open longer for the lap swimmers in the evening. I hope you reconsider the closing. This place is a gem. Thank you !
I love the Randallstown Y. The staff is exceptional and it feels like a family environment! Everytime I walk in that door the weight of the world is lifted off my shoulders. Total relaxation!

My friend and I have been going to the local YMCA for a few months for the swimming class at 9 am. We have found the staff and the participants to be warm and welcoming each and every time we attend.

The various activities, the staggered schedules and plenty of parking. The staff are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and their work.
