The staff at the Randallstown Y are very friendly and accommodating.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable about their work. The instructors that I’ve met are kind and supportive. The scheduled times for activities at the YMCA makes it very easy for members that are still actively working and those that are not working to participate. The temperature of the water in the pool is warm in the early mornings. Parking at the ‘Y’ in Randallstown is accommodating and easy to navigate.

I love this pool. Everyone who works there is very friendly and helpful. There are a ton of classes to pick from. The whole place is very clean.

The facility is in definite need of upgrades, especially the women's locker room. Although the claim is that the pool temperature is as required, I question if that is always the case.
Have not seen any notification that the pool has been cleaned.
