I wasn’t impressed with the resistance equipment. It’s nice but it’s not geared to someone like me...69 years old and recovering from a broken back. The equipment needs to start at 5 lbs...maybe that would help me. I’ve had a couple of people ask why the trainer didn’t suggest free weights...he wasn’t even sure how the equipment worked-said it was new. I asked him why he was showing me how it works if he didn’t even know! So I’m not impressed with my starter appointment. The manager was supposed to get in touch about me going to the free trainer session...no need for the second appointment with the resistance trainer. I haven’t heard from him.

The Y in Pasadena is clean and well-equipped and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful.
Great place. Nice staff. Jonathan is an excellent trainer. Would like to see boxing expanded with heavy bags and speed bags/
I like all of the different options of equipment and the different classes offered. A very nice variety.
Move the cycle room away from the yoga studio.....
i love the classes , but I wish there were classes on the hour , not just half hours, especially in evenings such as 6pm or 7pm
The class is small so that my granddaughter gets more one-on-one attention.
Nice Facility, the machines are better kept and more equipment available then Arnold Location
The staff is great the locker rooms are very clean. I like that there is a family changing area. I just cant say enough about the staff though is great especially Abby!!!
I am thoroughly enjoying the beginner yoga and flexibility classes on the weekend. I wish there were more classes for beginners during the week in the evenings. I also wish there were some water zumba or water exercise classes available in the evenings and weekends. I work M-F during business hours and cannot take full advantage of the offerings.
My child loves coming to sports mix and so fun for him!!
Y family loves this Y. We spend many hours at the pool. Nine of our 11 grandchildren belong to the Y, 4 to Pasadena.
My kids loves it. The front desk staffs appeared very friendly and welcoming. There are so many activities to engage in. Very nice. We love It!
Spacious and it has a sauna. Showers are warm and clean. Pool is amazing.
I love the techniques Ms. Barbara use to teach my son to swim. I am actually buying 4 more private lessons.
Everyone is very friendly. I have made several friends at the Y. Our 4 yr old Granddaughter does swim lessons and gets to play peewee soccer. We use to use the Stay and Play a lot and she had a good time while I worked out.
I love the group workouts and the staff is very friendly.

It is a great place for both my family to go play and for myself to go individually. Our family mainly uses the pool area at the moment but it is nice having other options. As for me, it is very convenient having a separate, cooler pool for swimming laps. The Y caters to both family experiences and individual experiences without seemingly taking away from one or the other. Our single friends could just as easily and happily use the facilities as our friends with families.

This Y Is large, well staffed, very clean, and well kept. The staff is very helpful and courteous.
