The classes have dedicated trainners. I love the pool and the ability to swim all year long regardless of the season. The amenities and the ambiances are first class for a Y and I have visited many.

It's an excellent place to spend time with family and friends.

For the Y in Pasadena -- the pool is clean and lap lanes are available. The Smoothie Bar is open at 7am so I can get a smoothie after a morning swim on my way to work.

Honestly, I was a member of Big Vanilla for years, and was disappointed and skeptical when the Y took over both locations. It took a while, but it's so much better now, I love it, and I've slowly gotten back into a routine. Thank you!

What do you like about your Y experience?

I enjoy going to The Y in Pasadena. It is convenient to my home so I can go on the way home from work and on Saturday mornings. Everyone at the Y is friendly - from the people that check you in when you get there to the people that I see during my workouts. I've met a lot of people I consider friends over the years and there are also people I met outside of the Y that I see inside the Y. The machines and equipment are always in good working order and clean! I do enjoy working out at The Y of Pasadena!

The front desk staff is very friendly and always speaks to me when I enter. I enjoy the equipment and just wish you had longer hours or opened earlier on Saturday.
