We love the many interactive events for kids!
I enjoy the aquatic exercise classes, the pot lucks with the Noodlers, and the book club. The Y is a place to get fit, talk, share, and make new friends. For seniors who are alone, the Y is a life line to a community of other friendly seniors. Just because you are alone, does not mean you need to feel lonely.
