The active track. System takes the stress off of you to figure out what to do and when. There are always machines empty and waiting for me. The facilities are great as well

I take my grandkids there. They love the pool. They took swimming lessons there. It's a great place for all of us.

Enjoy the variety of classes and equipment. Staff are courteous and friendly. Love taking Gentle Yoga with Dana and doing PT with Denise! I've been able to increase mobility and strength after several injures (shoulder, lumbar back) and some pretty major arthritis in knees and other joints. Have a good exercise plan now at the Y supplemented with daily walks. Hope to try some additional classes, such as chair yoga and beginner Pilates, as my schedule allows. Also Aqua classes in the summer!

We really like the day care option. The classes for adults and kids are great. The only concern I have is that I would like the day care to scan the Y-tags when checking children out. My wife dropped off the kids and I picked them up with no ID checked at all.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I like the clean facility, friendly staff and there is no wait to use the equipment since there are ample machines available at the times I use the gym. The Zumba class I took was fun.

Lots of different classes that interest me. The staff is warm and welcoming. I love Activtrax because I can do it at any time. Being a Y member has made me a healthier person.

Mary gave us great workouts. They were doable and challenging. She always gave us alternatives moves to do if you could not do the moves given. She is fun to work out with and make the class enjoyable.
