Becoming healthy is a goal both mentally and physically all can be accomplished here at the Y.

So far it's been good. However, I'm seeing a trend in the news of Y's mixing genders in the locker rooms and bathrooms. This is extremely unsafe and unsettling especially for women and little girls. If this happens in our Y I will not continue my membership.

What do you like about your Y experience?

My daughter comes to the Y everyday, sometimes bringing her daughter. She uses the daycare during her hour workout on weekdays and it is extremely helpful to have that option! Thank you for being amazing!

My kids love the pool and the gym area. And that there arw extra goggles sometimes.
