Everyone is very nice and the facility is very clean.
Convenience and of having multiple locations. I have used the Towson location, Arnold location, Ellicott city location and often use the nationwide plan when traveling. The facilities are also updated on a regular basis and machines repaired quickly.
Zach as a personal trainer is really helpful. Also the hours are great.
One thing missed is the sauna. It was a real treat after a workout.

Convenient location and larger size.
This was our first visit to the Y in Pasadena. We just moved from CA and were looking to restart our Y membership. The facility is really great and the staff were all so friendly and informative! We are very impressed and look forward to being members and spending time as a family there.

I've been going for about a year now and I think this is a fantastic community. Every time I enter, I have the pleasure to be sincerely greeted by either Aden, Zak, or Spencer. Whenever I have any questions, they are always more than happy to help or assist in any way possible. The gym setup itself, pool, bathrooms, & the equipment are all very updated, cleanly, and professional. I just wish there was a way I could bring friends/family to the gym so as to show off what an amazing location the Y in Pasadena, MD really is! 10/10

Classes
The only thing I really like about summer is being in the pool early in the morning! It was even too hot many mornings to do the walk from the car to the pool and back again with my walker. But every day that I have been able to do it has been a delight. The Leisure Pool is a perfect temperature for my arthritis and the space available in early mornings provides a special atmosphere for the exercise necessary to keep my body moving. I appreciate the company of like-minded people and enjoy every minute.
