Coach Andrew is super patient with the kids. He’s made soccer fun and he’s taught my kid a lot of new skills and did so in a fun way.

i love hope Alexandria works with each person to ensure they are getting the full benefit from their work out sessions and she keeps it fresh and fun.

My 3-year old, First name removed, has enjoyed her swim lessons immensely and is much more confident in the water. I've seen her floating and kicking skills improve very quickly.

What do you like about your Y experience?

I am 77 years old and have many physical limitations. I have been coming to the Y for 5 years and participate in the water fitness program
Although the group leader has changed the atmosphere has always been pleasant and I have become stronger and have enjoyed the changing group members. They make me feel welcome and the group has fun together
Our current leader Katrina is a joy to work with and finds alternative ways for me to exercise when I am unable to work out in the routine way.

I am a regular at the morning Ever Fit (formerly Silver Sneakers) classes. Classes are great, both teachers are terrific. I enjoy my class mates.

What do you like about your Y experience?

The staff and my fellow members. However we could use a small bench between the shower stalls as there is little room to set your stuff when showering. Also, the pool could use a lighted digital clock so that we can more easily time our laps or workout
