Pool & exercise equipment meets my needs
33rd St YMCA Weinberg (Waverly) has exceeded my expectation with the latest request. Alexis Perkins and her staff made a change in accommodation based on our request to add a couple more spaces for our training class.
Without a doubt, our class was assigned to the BEST room in the facility for our needs. One of our attendees was in a power wheelchair. Her needs, under ADA guidelines, were fully met. Our co-leader who was at the 33rd St facility for the first time was impressed by the state-of-the-art facility which was centrally located for our staff and attendees. Parking was plentiful, convenient and well lit when class let out after sundown.
It was easy to work with Ms Perkins. She followed through with everything that was promised, Tables and chairs were set exactly as expected. All I had to do was focus on our class materials and remain relaxed. I am fortunate to be a member of this facility.

Friendly staff and good facilities.
Staff, Trainers and Patrons are personable and so helpful. I find this to be true each and everyday I come to the Y. I have completed positive write-ups on Staff/Trainers and turned them in.
