The Y reaches out to the community to improve the lives of community members through enrichment programs for children as well as seniors. This is invaluable for the everyone impacted by these programs as well as the community in general by improving the overall quality of life for all. It also demonstrates the Y's commitment to living up to the principles it espouses.
the classes I'm interested in are scheduled during times that are convenient for me. And the Y's close proximity to my home.
The Waverly Y staff are very friendly and dedicated to making sure you have what you need whether it's information or equipment.
Family locker rooms nice but are unsafe when floors are wet need floor mats
I feel very safe in the Y in Waverly thanks to the mask requirement. I Last name removed the group exercise classes and instructors. Whenever I attend a group class I never feel judged for my body or fitness level. The Y in Waverly feels like a true community center, not just a gym, and seeing friendly faces in the staff and instructors really makes the experience wonderful.
