Jeff's on-site recommendations based on his experience helped us make the best selection. A rental with option to purchase was clearly explained in writing and is beneficial. The installation was done in a professional and timely manner. Instructions on use of our equipment were thorough. We are very pleased with the safety of our stair lift and excellent service.

We dealt with a total of four men and each new their job very well and made it easy for us to decide on this product. the men who installed the chairlift were both competent and professional. When we had a small problem, the salesman came back promptly and made sure all was well.

Love the Bruno lift chair

Very informative and throughly went through the whole chair. Of course it didn’t make the noise when the service guy Jeff was here. I had him change the batteries in my 2 chairs as they were over 5 years old anyway. Seems to be working fine so far. Nice to know you are close to my neighborhood if I have any more issues with my chairs. A+ service!

The product seems to be very well built but I think what impressed me the most was the service. They were kind and very courteous and very helpful in every area. The installers were fantastic and they also were kind and cleaned up after themselves .I totally enjoyed having them here .
