Ricardo and his team are clearly professionals with everything from customer communications, to the actual work performed. I was afraid after the work was done that maybe I wouldn’t like it or what if it wasn’t of the quality that I expected. Not the case. Everything was done with perfection and came out beautiful. Ricardo really listened to all of my concerns and went above and beyond to make sure everything was correct and what I wanted.

Great job, and reachable when or if there is a problem. I had one problem: The bottom trim under the cabinet doors was much too wide, so looked bad. I told Ricardo that I was not satisfied. The installers returned, and fixed the problem on site! Looks great now.

Ricardo was awesome and made selecting and ordering simple and easy. Carlos did the install and was just as awesome. They both discussed how we'd like it installed and made sure we were all on the same page as to what the finished product would look like. We must say that from the very beginning dealing with Carlos was an absolute pleasure. There was never any miscommunication and/or hidden/secret fees that you often have while doing home renovations. When he came to our home to take measurements we were unsure of exactly what we wanted. He offered some suggestions, without any "salesman pressure," and, we went with his recommendations. His knowledge as well as expertise were impressive. Then when Dany and Rachel showed up to do our Cabinet installation we were again beyond pleased on both the quality of their work and their cleanup each day was impeccable. The final step was when Carlos the craftsman and his crew came to do the demolition of our existing tile counter tops and back splash as well as install our new stone countertops and back splash. We were amazed that all of the cutting was done outside and how little dust remained. They also hauled away all of the construction debris. Also, I have 2 cats in the home and they were very careful while going in and out and always closing the doors behind them. The whole process was a pleasant experience and it definitely exceeded our expectations. We absolutely LOVE our new kitchen!! Thank you Carlos and Crew... Rene and Guillermo
