Service, communication, product choices, knowledge and really everything from the time I met Shelly has been nothing short of excellent. Shelly helped with selection, pricing and payment. The office communicated expectations for installation and Tim did an outstanding job with the installation. I liked the options for the countertop and backsplash. After signing, I received calls to schedule measuring and installing. Everything was completed as well as I had decided to remove the Jenn Air from the island. Roger disconnected and reconnected my new stovetop although at the signing I had not decided if I was going to replace. I also replaced the garbage disposal and faucets so the countertop was cut appropriately and was installed by the plumber. Everything was completed professionally. I like that it was a one stop shopping and everything was completed as scheduled. The countertop and backsplash look great and I wish I would have had it done a couple of years ago.

We were extremely pleased with Granite Transformation from start to finish. Our sales representative was prompt and courteous and didn’t pressure us into purchasing the product. After we decided to go ahead with getting new counters and backsplash, the project was completed with 6 weeks. The measurer and installer were on time and worked diligently to complete the work. We would highly recommend Granite Transformation to our friends.

The entire team was pleasant to work with. Good communication throughout the process. During the installation Tim and Brett did an excellent job. They were very polite, left the workspace clean and organized each day and it was obvious they took pride in their work. The only downside is that my dogs were very disappointed they stopped being at the house each day.

My kitchen looks brand new. I received a kitchen makeover without the price of a whole new kitchen. The cabinetry and countertops are high quality. The sales person made sure to get every detail of what I wanted my kitchen to look like. The installers did a superb job. They were friendly, funny, professional, and took the time to answer all of my questions. My kitchen was completely transformed. We'll definitely return to Granite Transformations when we are ready to redo our bathrooms.
