We love our new kitchen...the design, countertops, backsplash and cupboards. Their work and their products are high quality. The services were great. The workers were very professional and were very efficient and clean in their work. There was a back order on the countertop, but that was due to the current pandemic situation that is going on right now. We were given the option to switch to a different countertop or wait for the original one to come back into stock. We chose to wait, and are very pleased with how quickly they finished their work once it came in. We love Granite Transformations!

The quality of the work and materialsused is excellent. Out project was priced fairly as well.
The workmen were well trained craftsmen and they worked very hard throughout the day. They protected the rest of our house by putting up plastic sheets from floor to ceiling.and they cleaned their working area as best they could at the end of each day. The doors, drawers, and hardware are of the highest quality and were carefully installed. I now have a beautiful kitchen!
From start to finish, they were professional in their estimate process, measurements and then installation. I appreciated the input of Steve who did the estimate in making this something that is attractive for my kitchen, but also in keeping with my budget. The individual who did the measuring was precise and accurate in every detail. The installation portion is never a favorite part for anyone, but my two installers were hard working and also kept focused and were done in 2 days. Their extra care prevented dust and mess from going anywhere and after they left you didn't know they had even been there. The finished product has been admired by friends and family who have visited. My kitchen looks stunning.

The under cabinet lighting was a special surprise, really highlights the whole area.
The employees and contractors who did the tear-out and the installation were all skilled and very friendly.
Two things you might consider going forward:
1. Find a way to make any change orders really stand out to avoid having the wrong materials present. The sink was wrong (although we liked it better than the one we picked), and the backsplash tile that was delivered was incorrect and had to be changed.
2. Notify the customer somehow - phone message or email - what will happen the next day, who to expect, what time. This will avoid the customer calling you.
Overall a good experience and a nice improvement to our home. Thanks to all.

The designer was extremely helpful, and the installation was quality and only took a day. Both the designer and installers offered helpful advice. The office communication was helpful and thorough with the pre-installation instructions.
We love the design of the countertops and want to spend more time in our kitchen! The bathroom vanity is amazing and created more space for us.
The kitchen was left very clean after each day of the week.
Always reminded of when workmen would arrive. Very pleased with workmanship.

I loved how it turned out at first but now, less than a month after being done, the veneer panel on the side of the cabinet is starting to all bubble up and looks terrible!
I also feel like it should have had a cap piece put on the corner where the veneer pieces join together because you can still see the color of the old cabinet underneath.
I’m wishing I would have just bought a new cabinet instead.

I like that my kitchen transformation only took a few days. I like that i received an email of the schedule before the project started as well as daily texts keeping me informed throughout the entire project.

My experience with Granite Transformations was Great.
Grant listened to what I wanted and offered suggestions and came up with a wonderful design. He was not pushy and gave me time to get other bids to compare.
Steve did a great job in drawing up the template and finding a countertop that matched the other countertops. Whenever I had questions or concerns during the install he would come over and explain or solve the issue.
Emmanuel and company were very respectful of myself and my home as they did the remodel.
Sari was great at keeping me updated as to when the different workman would be here and what was going to be installed and when.
They were a great team of people to work with.

All the workers were respectful of my home and me in these uncertain times. They cleaned up every day before they left including disinfecting the surfaces. They put up plastic to keep the dust down which was appreciated.

I have had my counter tops for only one day. Therefore I can't say how it holds up. But I can say it is beautiful! The two men that installed it worked quickly, quietly and efficiently. They had a very long day and yet cleaned up EVERYTHING. Under my kitchen sink was cleaner than when they started. At this time I highly recommend this product and company.

The workmanship and attention to detail is superb. I had three bathrooms remodeled with new beautifully tiled showers - the tile work is an art form! The glass shower doors are elegant and provide a spacious feeling. I highly recommend Granite Transformations. I look forward to doing more projects with Steve, Sury and team.

Everything. Showed up when you promised, quality of work, flexibility of working with my schedule, respected my house and cleaned up worksite each day, made it so kitchen was mostly functional throughout, time to complete once started, reasonable price, and very nice.
I first want to start off with..WE LOVE OUR NEW COUNTER TOPS. We just want to thank the sales person who made this transition run so smoothly. We had two installers who were extremely friendly and were really careful with our install. I liked how they covered all our furniture and tables, so there was really no messes. The installer's were Froylan and Victor. Two of the nicest and professions guys I have met. I just want to give props to this organisation.
