Convenient, stylists take time to look at my profile to know what I want, no long waits, clean, friendly.
I had a great first time visit to your place in Florida! To get the VIP upgrade was a nice touch. I have nothing but praise for my stylist....don't know her name but she was top notch....thanks for a great 1st Florida Visit!
Now that I know how to use the APP (you and all OTHER APP makers need to get WAY BETTER at providing PDF user guides), I enjoy using Sport Clips but I SAY AGAIN, it is NOT CLEAR how to START USING your app. It looks to me that more people just try "next avail" (whioh secretly MAY BE YOUR GOAL). However, MY preference is to find someone and KEEP USING THEM and so Tanya knows when I get there what I want and she cuts my hair quickly, efficiently and precisely. On this last visit, the app did not work properly (and I was using it at home on my own reliable WiFi system so hard to blame it on "bandwidth" unless YOUR router is ancient. Based on the pleading signs I see at my local shop, it appears you're not getting as much business there as you desire...mmmm...wonder why? Could be HARD to use the APP? When I first moved here, I was VERY RELUCTANT to give you my cell number but after looking and LOOKING for an old school, conventional barber shop, I could not find one close enough to match my TIME requirements (QUICK and EXPERT). I became "loyal" reluctantly and ONLY BECAUSE of Tanya being so good. Now you need to know that based upon my observations of my "fellow clients" I see there, I am NOT in your typical demographic, even tho I am in the MAJORITY of people like me who LIVE near this shop.....just saying.
I enjoyed the friendly talented stylist professionalism and expertise.
My hairstylist kat knows exactly what I want and she doesn't even have to ask me anymore, she starts our conversation as if I was always there. The staff at my location are always so nice and friendly and I appreciate what they do for all of us.
