My hairdresser Victoria was quick and i got a nice haircut!
Neither my wife or I could navigate you web site to make an appointment so I just showed up on March 7. I signed in and my name was on the schedule list and kept moving toward the top. After I had waited almost 1 hour, my name disappeared from the schedule list. When I complained, I was told that someone had instructed the person on the desk to move my name to the bottom and that I would have an additional hour to wait. I was so angry I was prepared to leave even though I had wasted over 1 hour of my day. However, before leaving I asked to speak to the manager and was advised that no manager was on duty. When I asked to speak to someone in charge, I was told that there was no one in charge. Perhaps because it was obvious that I was angry and very upset, one of the barbers offered to take me. With this experience I DEFENITELY do not plan to return and certainly cannot recommend your establishment.
