I paid 60 dollars to get my kids haircut and thinned. Their hair was combed straight down cut across and not thinned. They look Amish children.
They are very active in sports and I needed their hair thinned because they sweat so much.
Not helpful. I now have to take them so.ewhere else and pay an additional charge to get it fixed.
This establishment is the only place my grandson wants to go for his haircut

I can't make an appointment I can't walk in your system works well for somebody that lives in the city I live in the country it's a 40 minute drive I can't go to your website and make an appointment for 40 minutes the availability is 15-20 minutes I have to have your website open as I drive your website asked me for permissions like for my location I was driving I was asked for permission I was driving I couldn't read it I clicked allow and a virus was downloaded into my phone I would much rather call and make an appointment you should have multiple ways to do business not just one that only fits City people some people your system is not a good fit you should have other ways to do business what is wrong with you

My visit was exceptional. The young lady whose name is Terri was friendly and fun to speak with. She did Great job of understanding how I wanted it cut and did wonderful. I woo I’llll return and have her continue cutting my hair for me.

I came in with hair down to my shoulders. I have not gotten a haircut in 2 years and asked 3 times if the lady cutting my hair could do the style i wanted off a picture and she assured me shes been cutting hair for 30 years and could do it. The first red flag was her having to ask the manager what size she should use for the clippers. She started cutting my hair and was asking me if i knew how short i wanted it and i told her to base it off the picture and use her best judgement because i trust her and i thought she could match the look. 25 minutes later she cut my hair so short the manager had to come over and tell her to put her clippers down because she cut too much hair off and i would not be able to curl it. The picture i showed and what i got is like comparing a golf ball to a pumpkin, and i left with a buzz cut and out of the 5+ inches of hair i walked in with i left with none of it.
No wait, and excellent customer service.
