Someone is with the dogs at all times. Like that you have packages to bring the the visit down

I have two granddogs and three K9 dogs that go there. They all seem to love it, especially my two granddogs, Charlie the Goldendoodle and Ryleigh the Cavapoo. We have Fuze, Bear and Freckle's that are apart of our Round Rock ISD K9 Unit who go mainly for baths.

Both Marbles and Reggie get VERY EXCITED when they realize they are the PARKING LOT of Dogtopia. That excitement is because they are treated well, feel safe, and enjoy being there.

The staff is amazing. The fact that Marbles will go up to a staff member and not shy away is proof of how well he is treated.

Everyone is very friendly and answers questions. The location is great (for me.) I love the window where I am able to peek on my dog before she knows I’m there to pick her up. I appreciate having her bathed when I’ve been gone a week and being able to have her toenails clipped.

We love you guys so much! The staff cares about our baby just as much as we do! They are always so kind and accommodating of our cute bundle of energy.

I think pricing is a bit high. I also was not happy that a free service earned was suddenly being charged without telling me (free wash after 4 nights).

I really enjoy having my dogs at Dogtopia when I go out of town. I really don't worry about them at all. I've been never been to a dog stay place before I was concern about finding the right place for my fur babies. I've watched how the staff interact with the dogs. I love it I went to several other dog places just to compare. And I must say, Dogtopia is totally outstanding and I appreciate the fact that the owner is there as well. That's. a extra bonus point. I love that and I see that people love their job and they love the animals and they know them by their names. And that was amazing to me to hear them call them buy name. And they know their personalities I was Blown away when the young lady called the dogs by its name and she told me about his personality. I was like what? just want to thank you so much for a great service and my babies. They come home, they're happy and once they go there, they're happy to go. So thank you so much. I really appreciate your service. God bless each and every 1 of you. And I prayed that you stay safe and keeping the dogs and their families happy. My dogs, they mean so much to me because they was by my side when I went through my long transplant. They came to the hospital, and they showed love, and they were so well behaved. Everyone loved them so much. So that's why I bought them their very own toy Mercedes. And I want to thank you guys for doing such a great job of taking good care of my babies. I particularly like the webcam that lets us see our dogs no matter where we are. All the employees value our pets and treat them with kindness.

We have only completed a meet and greet so far. I will say that whole experience has been wonderful! The staff is absolutely stunning, and answered all questions I had. I cannot wait for our corgi puppy to start daycare and boarding officially!
