The compassion that comes from the top down. When you have compassionate owners (employers) both the clients and the employees strive to share this compassion with one another. The life and work balance that is offered speak volumes of how they care about you as an employee. The closeness of the team gives you confidence In the care you provide to each client. First and foremost, I have the best bosses. They are friendly and are easy to talk to. I am very blessed to be a Companion because it does my heart good. I love being there for the clients to talk to. I can only hope I make them feel safe and loved. We have a special bond, and I'm honored to be there for them when they need me the most.
