What I like about working for Senior Helpers: is the level of indivdual care we give to the Clients. All of them require different needs to assist them to better or maintain their quality of life. There is a variety of assistance we provide that varies from client to client, so it always stays interesting and not a dull repetition, as it is with most A L facilities.
At the end of my shift I feel satisfied that I helped make someone's life better, happier and easier with the one on one care I can provide them.
My Employer is wonderful to work for, because not only do they care a great deal for their clients, but for their employees as well.
