Our two dachshunds have a wonderful time at Camp Bow Wow. We are able to check in on them from across the world. The workers seem to really know them every time we bring them to stay.
One thing that could be improved is the app. Specifically the video section. It would be better if I could choose the "default" camera to open first. Or at least default to the last camera viewed. Currently it comes up to the same camera every time. Unfortunately it was a luxury suite for someone else's dog. On our last trip to South America, we had limited and slow internet access. Waiting for what we knew was the wrong dog was frustrating, especially when we lost connection soon.
A better resolution camera would be nice too, especially in the indoor play areas where our grey baby blends in with the cement floor so well.
