Mathnasium allowed our family to help our 9 year old daughter through a very “dark time” in her math learning journey. She seemed to be shutting down and refused to try at home because she said she didn’t get it and it didn’t make sense. We felt we were going backwards. Mathnasium met her right where she felt she was and helped her grow from there, until she got to a point where she was not afraid to take math risks and get the wrong answer…which led her to being able to get right answers again by putting in the time and effort needed to feel proficient. Mathnasium of East Lake is fantastic. Both kids have been students there, for various needs. Math confidence increased significantly, and scores followed. We will be happy to use them again in the future.
We had a wonderful experience with everyone at Mathnasium!! My son was failing Algebra his first quarter, mostly due to late buses and not being in his 1st period Algebra class. He tried after school tutoring, however it was not enough to catch him up. We signed him up at Mathnasium and in 1 week he was understanding, as well as learning the information he needed in order to successfully complete his assignments. Mathnasium takes it a step further by contacting his Algebra teacher in order to ensure my son's improvement. We highly recommend Mathnasium...my son has thrived and earned a B for his 2nd quarter grade. Thank you Emily and all staff at Mathnasium, you made a stressful situation easy to resolve with your help!
My daughter really struggled with math for a few years. She is excited to come to each session and feels so much more confident in math class. She is not afraid to ask questions about her work now and is maintaining a B in class!

Our daughter was struggling with Algebra as an Honors student in 9th grade. Her grade went from a 64 to a 98 by the end of the semester. I cannot recommend Mathnasium enough, particularly the East Lake campus as they helped my daughter so much with her confidence. My wife and I are very appreciative.

My middle schooler has had a wonderful, extremely positive experience at this Mathnasium. He looks forward to attending and enjoys the teachers as well as the fun themes and events scheduled by the center. My son says this center has the best prizes too! It is so wonderful to see him excited about math again!
