Client Testimonials
Quick flow and lavender towels
I loved everything about the instructor, especially the fact that she combines recovery and yoga! Can't wait to go to the next session
All instructors are great my favorites are Zach, cami, Chelsea and Stephanie!
Their presence and verbal cues
Cami is great. I love her encouraging attitude
Instructor is super personable, funny, helpful, constructive.
I am very new to the practice. I was struggling to do the full bridge pose and the instructor came up and told me to grasp her ankles to assist in doing the full pose. Her extra effort helped boost my confidence even though I only held the pose for a few breaths. It was very helpful and supportive!
Kelli was an awesome instructor! She made me feel very comfortable during my first class and kept me motivated throughout! I'll definitely be coming back for one of Kelli's classes!
Friendly, clear instructions, help when needed, not critical, believed in what she is doing, kind
I like their instructions and I really like the ability for someone to "Assist" in the poses. It truly helps me align myself more in the pose.
She has such a positive and friendly personality that is catching and makes you feel welcome.
They were very attentive to the people there.
very experienced, approachable yet in control of the room. music choices
Very motivating instructors.
With it being my first time with that type of yoga I felt comfortable throughout the class.
Skill, knowledge, personality.
Interactive and communicated really well!
Friendly, calm, positive energy
Friendly, down to earth
Great corrections and verbal instructing! I liked the musical flow of class too. I would suggest that the specification of the class being HOT be mentioned in the class description!
I didn't know how I'd do with yoga coming from a competitive athletic background. But after a very short time in practice at 502 Power Yoga, I learned the healthy strategy of competing only with myself and pushing myself further instead of the unhealthy habit of comparing myself and my practice to others. I am a much happier and healthier version of myself after joining the 502PY. The workouts are as easy or difficult as I make them and I always find a way to meet myself exactly where I need. I finally understand the concept of not having to go all out each workout and to really understand quality over quantity. This practice is more than a workout, it's a change of pace from my normal busy life and I am so thankful for the reprieve.
I am never afraid to fail if I try something new. I always feel challenged and supported.
Confident firm and excellent with cues.
I feel welcomed and accepted but at the same time feel that she pushes me to do my personal best.
The instructors are kind, welcoming, and supportive! They offer numerous variations for each pose, so everyone can practice at their comfort level. Their support has helped me tremendously.
Darsi makes it a lot of fun by enjoying it so much herself.explains so well and is very upbeat!
Zac was extremely positive and enthusiastic. He helped create community in the room from the very start. Well done.
I liked that she encouraged us to keep going when we felt like giving up, but didn't push us too far.
The instructors there really teach the portance of taking yourself to the next level. Let the yoga do you, don't do the yoga. Sarah Smith is my all time favorite. I LOVE each teacher but there is something about Sarah's 75 min monday night class that gets that fire lit inside. I come out of there like I just left a tsunami feeling empowered from what I just did and soaked from head to toe.

I loved how open and friendly Stephanie was. I'm extremely new to yoga and it wasn't intimating at all.
