Client Testimonials
Worked with me during class since I was unfamiliar with most of the positions.
Everyone @ 502 Power Yoga is amazing. The staff are extremely helpful & very prompt in response to inquiries that I have made to date. I have had the opportunity to attend classes with several different instructors - love them all!
They push to keep the classes at an appropriate level of intensity. So hard - but keeps me coming back!
Positivity. I like the instructors that encourage you to be where you are in the pose.
Love Jamie!!! She is so sweet and positive!!!
I love how they push us to go further and further in our practice everyday and get out of our heads for the hour/hour + we're in there!! It's one of the only things I'm willing to actively make time for in my busy schedule.
YOU ALL ROCK! :)
The instructors are so warm and friendly! The instructor today was awesome! I loved how she pushed and encouraged us throughout class today! It was an ideal class for me. Very grateful I was able to practice with her today!
I enjoy every teacher I have encountered. Each is personable, clear & concise, and challenging in their own unique way. I sweat more in some than others, but with all of my activities being high intensity, I need a little less sometimes and know who I can go to to have my specific needs met on any particular day! Jamie, Cat & Mimi round out my top 3 favorites!
I wish I had the time and money to commit to your teacher training to enhance my current teaching repertoire, but that's not in the cards for me at this time. I will definitely be checking it out when I know it IS in the cards! πππ
very positive, friendly, happy energy. the assistant who aided was fantastic βΒ her touch was caring and helpful.
Genuine, outgoing, helpful, humble, easy-going, extremely nice
Stephanie is simultaneously inspirational and relaxing. I love working out in her classes.
I love how welcoming the instructors are. They don't take themselves too seriously, they laugh at their own jokes and it's clear they love what they do. Their passion affects every yogi in the studio.
They're welcoming, empowering and are always so upbeat.
Great at meeting students at where they are in their practice. Always wonderful
Very knowledgeable and always friendly and welcoming. Love all the instructors. Zach may be my favorite tho ;-)
I do not live in Louisville. I was visiting from Atlanta and found you on Google. I'm so glad I did. The class was very good and the two instructors in the class was a first for me. This is was helpful and made me feel like I was getting personal attention.
Very welcoming & encouraging. The space is nice and clean!
Zach is awesome he is very helpful with his suggestions/adjustments to poses. He also is great at guiding the practice and stimulates a lot of self reflection
Becca washer always gives excellent cues. Jamie Calzi always challenges me to my edge. Zach is always engaging challenging
Very genuine and skillful. I felt safe and welcome.
I like The emphasis on community as well as personal growth.
Very welcoming, I didn't feel pressured or insecure about my inexperience (it was my first class)
Personable and gave good clear instruction for first timer (me) to those more experienced.
I enjoy the classes with a teacher moving around for adjustment, in addition to an instructor who is calling the poses, without performing them.
The instructors meet you where you are and are excellent at encouraging you without being pushy. They offer new poses and progressions/regressions. By doing this, they understand not everyone is at the same place at the same time physically and they are perfectly fine accepting that. Hallelujah.
Great energy and great instructor. I'm brand new to yoga and the helpful, caring instructors make it very enjoyable.
How friendly and supportive they were on my first visit!
Made class difficult but also fun
Zach is an amazing instructor! He relaxes you and makes you focus on being present in the moment. He also teaches a challenging class, which I love. He's definitely one of the best you have!

This was the first yoga class that I had ever attended. I knew little about yoga except to know it was good for your body. As a "newby," I wondered if I would know what to do; as an older person, I wondered if I would even be able to do the poses.
The instructor was soft-spoken and was very kind. She gave verbal instructions and modeled what we were supposed to do. Sometimes I felt a bit lost, but by watching her and others nearby, i usually figured out what to do and how to do it. Occasionally she walked over to help me adjust a body part or hand me a block. She spoke minimally. I came to the conclusion that was a norm in yoga. While I enjoyed the peacefulness, I might have benefited from a bit more guidance, either verbal, hands-on, or modeled.
