I am a fairly new customer of Thompson Gas, but I switched from another company, because I frequently ran out of gas and I was not happy with their customer service. When setting up an account with Thompson Gas I was very impressed with the way it was handled. Once we establish a pattern for my usage I will be better able to evaluate the service.

Honestly, when it comes to the product, I have no clue. It's gas, and I'm not sure there's much differentiation to do there.
Services, I'm extremely happy. I ran out of gas before your estimated time. You came came and delivered the morning after i let you know. That's services and also showing an understanding for a customer in need.
I would put a 10 for that, but I don't believe in 10's. They makes you comfortable and there is always things to improve.
I will definitely recommend you when the topic comes up.

Everyone that I've talked with has been very responsive, cordial and knowledgeable. Questions by email for propane are handled quickly and when I let the tank go really low you responded quickly.
Budget Plan
The office staff is wonderful and will come out on a few hours notice.
Deliveries are on a regular basis and you may be asked if you want your tank topped off depending on the level in your tank.
