I would have completed the feedback without any incentive. Having said that, an incentive that is self-serving and not a "gift" at all, made it difficult to feel like a "10" about ThompsonGas.
Customer Service is great. They are helpful and friendly. They take the time to understand, and if a mistake is made they acknowledge it and take responsibility or at least part of it. Then work with you and I have recommended them to anyone who asks.
