We've been very pleased with Mathnasium. I do wish there was some greater flexibility with session times and really miss having Saturday as an option for tutoring. The scheduling tool is clunky and very difficult to schedule a hybrid of in-person and online sessions (it's not easy to navigate from one to the other). It's annoying to have to type in the password to get to the parent/student page. I wish we just had accounts that we logged into and could manage and access everything from there.
My daughter has benefited from Mathnasium for many years, well worth the cost.
The confidence my son has gained toward taking math tests at school has improved tremendously. He used to become very anxious on the verge of tears at carpool drop-off on test days and now he happily jumps out of the car, ready to tackle the day!

Mathnasium follows the science of learning and they have been a life saver for our family. My kids attend regularly and they follow their curriculum. Mathnasium has been incredible at repairing any holes in learning from school and also repeating and practicing concepts that students will need again. My kids feel capable in math, and when there is a substitute or mishap in school, my kids have the tools to do the work and not miss a step. My oldest is now a junior and she has top scores on her SAT and ACT because she actually knows the math. My teens can do their chemistry work with ease because they understand the math so well. We attribute that math competence to Mathnasium. Their teachers are good at explaining the math. Mathnasium has solid in-house materials, a reliable method that follows the science of how the mind learns, and also kind and skilled instructors. Before covid, they were great, and now with challenges across education after covid, Mathnasium keeps my kids grounded in their math knowledge.
My child has especially liked working with Martin. She gives him 5 stars.
