We really are having a good experience. Very professional. Instructors take their time to make sure kids get the attention they need. And I like the fact that the kids have to master a math skill till they understand, only then can they move on to the next skill. The owner is very accommodating and quick to respond to queries. We have had an amazing experience with Andrew, Julie, and Hannah at Mathnasium is Ballard. My son came in with incomplete math skills and has improved dramatically in just a few months. He loves getting to go to Mathnasium and spin the wheel. Even though he has a lot more math to master, he now says that math is his favorite subject. Mathnasium has been a great resource for our child. In Seattle public schools, teachers are of varying quality and there’s often no follow up or extra attention. Our son turns to Mathnasium for real lessons and this has shown in exceeding standards for his math scores.

The additional support Andrew, Julie and team have provided our family has enabled our kids to close gaps as a result of the Pandemic and remote school learning, as well as challenge their math skills and accelerate their classroom learning.
I was hesitant at first because I wasn't sure if the independent work model was the right fit for my sometimes shy son. We've been so pleased with Andrew and his team! We love Andrew and his team. We had held our breath on whether our kids would be into going and they really enjoy it. There are no complaints going there and are always excited walking out. The tutors are great.
Both our girls (now midway through 7th and 4th grade) have really been enjoying the program for the past year and a half. She has been attending Mathnasium for 7+ months, and the program has brought her back up to grade level. Additionally, her confidence in math has reached an all-time high.
