Mike, who came out to do the evaluation was excellent and customer focused. He wasn't "pushy" and took the time to understand my needs and concerns including suggesting different options to suit my installation requirements. The installer showed up when he said he would be there, performed a professional installation and didn't leave a mess. So far I have been very happy with both systems.

The product is outstanding, easy to use and hidden so it doesn’t clash with your personal decor. During installation the technicians were professional and explained all the ins and outs using the system. When you call for assistance it’s like calling a close friend, they take time to listen and treat you like you’re their only customer

Will did an amazing job with our install. He was patient, kind and knowledgeable. The system looks great n the space and our water doesn't smell like boiled eggs anymore! Mike was an excellent communicator and also very patient when delays and miscommunications took place. Any errors were immediately corrected, and we are confident in the promised aftercare. I appreciate that they take care off all of the warranty stuff so that I don't have to worry about it. Do not publicly share my identity but feel free to share the review without my name.
