After the big wind storm in December I discovered that I had a roof leak over my bedroom on Saturday morning when it started raining. I call you and a young man showed up that afternoon to put a temporary tarp over the leak and cleaned up the water in the attic & ceiling. A few days later another ServiceMaster employee came an repaired the roof. The roofing company that I had called never showed up. After more than three months later there are still a number of roofs in the neighborhood that still have not been repaired. Because of your quick response to my original call the amount of damage was limited and thus the cost of the roof repair was minimal. Thank you. If I have another similar emergency you will be the first call I make!
