Oscar was very thorough in explaining everything and showing me around the facility. My puppy had a great time and I like being able to check on her via the cameras.

The large dogs are separate from the small ones. There is a minimum of one caretaker in the playroom at all times. Bath and brush is available with advance notice. Boarding is available in a place that is already familiar to your dog. There is live camera so you can check on your "baby" throughout the day (except 12-3, snack and nap time).

She was clean and happy when we picked her up. Can't ask for more than that!

I thought everybody was very friendly, open to answering my (excessive) newbie questions, and they were very transparent about their operations. Staff was welcoming, building was clean, animals seemed well cared for, and appreciated. Really enjoyed the webcam of the playroom.

My only criticism is that according to my research into the franchise in general, if it's correct, I believe the canine coaches may be very underpaid. (Nobody should be making less than $15/hr- and yes, I do realize that would likely raise the rates for me, and yes, I am okay with that). Despite this, they all appeared to be very patient, and attentive to the pups, which says a lot about their character and commitment to what they do.

You guys love my dog almost as much as I do. He loves going and visiting all of his friends!!!

Bandit loves going to Dogtopia. I can give him a fun day without worrying about him because the dogs are well chaperoned. I also love that they will bathe him and clip his nails. Dogtopia makes Bandit's life better and my life easier.

I like the services. The staff are friendly, they treat my Cosmo good. Cosmo is new here and on the 2nd day he was so happy to return.

Everyone is so so kind at Doptopia West. We always have top tier service. Arya, love her to death, but she is such a timid dog. I'm so thankful she has a great place to play with other dogs and trainers that give her pets and watch out for her in case she gets too scared and needs some space. We often use their spa services for her baths and she comes home fresh n clean with a cute bandana.

Everyone is very friendly and cares a lot about our dog! Our dog loves it here which is always a good sign!

It was easy to sign up, drop off, pick up, and I especially like that o can log on to the app and watch my dog interact with the other dogs. She came home so tired!

Well you tell us everything up front as to how my dog was introduced to the other dogs. I loves the way you let them stay with other dogs there sizes also how we can watch her through out the day and on the fist day she could hang out and get a feel for the building. All employees were very nice and helpful.

Friendly and accomadating

Always a great experience here! Looked after my chihuahua and standard poodle. They had so much fun at Dogtopia while I recovered from surgery. It was easy to extend their boarding dates when I needed to adjust them. Thank you! 10+++

They take time to know my dog, are attentive to the pack “vibe”, and he can play all day in a climate controlled place with lunch and snacks.

Dogtopia is a God-send!!! The owners and staff are amazing, and they really DO love you dog. The building is kept sterile, the dogs are safe and loved, everything is explained well, and everyone is patient with nervous first-timers. I can't say enough good things.
