My dog, Nya, has been struggling with separation anxiety and socialization, so we started working with Laura. I am completely blown away by the results—in just two training sessions, Nya went from being velcroed to my side to confidently following commands from other people. Even more amazing? She just spent time in the small dog room with 28 other dogs! To see that kind of progress so quickly is nothing short of a miracle.
It’s not just Laura, either—the entire staff at Dogtopia is phenomenal. They ALL genuinely care for Nya and love her like their own. The warmth and dedication here are unmatched.
We are currently working toward getting Nya ready for regular daycare and an upcoming two-week boarding stay while I'm out of town. Thanks to Laura and the rest of the team, I have total confidence that Nya is going to be so much happier, healthier, and completely at ease. Friendly, patient, knowledgable
Such a great atmosphere for the dogs, and the staff is so attentive. My dog is taking lessons from Laura, and she has done a fabulous job working with my rescue husky mix, Tiny dancer. She is like a new dog. I am a senior citizen who has 3 spinal surgeries, so we are working toward my pup becoming a canine good citizen dog for my mobility issues. I couldn’t ask for a better training and day care environment and would highly recommended dogtopia.
My husband is 80 disabled Veteran, and we have 2 wonderful rescue dogs. One of they Chewy would not let anyone clip her nail and subsequently to would scratch my husband who has very thin skin due to his age. I asked the Nextdoor neighbors app if they could recommend someone who could help and dogtopia was recommended to us. I was very pleased with the staff as they were all so helpful. I will certainly take her there again and will recommend to Dogtopia.

I now have three dogs signed up with Dogtopia Albuquerque West. The management is always on top of my last minute requests and I couldn't appreciate them more. I love how excited my smaller dog was on second visit when he realized where he got to be for the day. That tells me all I need to know because he is a skiddish chi X.
My dog was very nervous to begin with but everyone was patient and now he looks forward to his daycare days.

The staff is so friendly and my fur baby always has the best time there. In terms of grooming, the groomer does a terrific job and the price is very reasonable!
I have to say my dog loved Dogtopia because every time I came to pick her up while she was happy to see me. She was not overly excited like oh my God take me home she wanted to stay and play. This was the first time in a while we had to go on a trip and she had to stay overnight for three nights while she was well taken care of by the staff and was able to play as a 14 year-old she was able to have time to herself to observe and rest and do the things that she was used to doing without any additional stress on her I would definitely recommend Dogtopia and how because of how they treated the pups and the customers.
A lot of time is given to dogs to get used to time away from home by bringing them 3 different times to see how they react with his peers.
The Albuquerque West facility is always clean, doesn't smell of odors, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our dog is taking her time to get comfortable with day care there, and the staff in the Toy Box has been patient and kind. The process for signing up initially and then scheduling appointments through the app is smooth and easy. Themed days, a positive environment, and engagement with fur babies' owners is also very appealing.
