very happy with the service
We usually take our two dogs to Dogtopia for the Spa days. They always do a good job bathing them and brushing them, as well as a few other things. However, the last time we were there we were asked point blank if we wanted to tip. This was awkward. We are seniors on a fixed income and are feeling the crunch of rising prices like everyone else. I felt pressured to tip so I did, but we did not like being verbally asked to do so. Otherwise we do like the service and will continue to take our dogs there when we can.
Every single member of you staff is lovely! My dogs love hearing they're going to "school" - their wagging tails is all I need to know you guys are wonderful.
