I just joined last month so I haven't participated in many activities as yet. I am recovering from surgery which has limited me somewhat, but I am getting better. I am impressed with how clean and welcoming the building is. Everyone has been friendly and answered every question I've asked. I am in walking distance of the Y, but it has been too hot to walk very far.
I plan to use a lot more that is offered. I feel right at home.
I love the group classes, especially Zumba, yoga, body flow, functional fitness, pound, etc.
Great facility with a wide variety of equipment. Courteous and helpful staff that work hard to maintain the safety, reliability and cleanliness throughout this wonderful facility. It meets all my fitness needs.

Love HIIT ( when I can get there ) Bryan is outstanding! Body Flow classes are great .... Sarah E , Sarah W , Leah , Amber .... all such attentive instructors. The one thing I tell everyone about Kirk Y is that the instructors are very engaged ... they are paying attention to students and very in tune to different fitness levels etc . Haven’t been able to get to Pound in a while but another fun class with Carol and Andrea!!! Good exercise equipment too ! As you can see I am a fan !!!!😁
Love everything about the Y except the hours. Wish they were open longer in general but specifically Sunday mornings from 7 or 8am as opposed to 1pm
