my child is incredibly shy and the coaches (specifically Coach Lucas, Marissa and Tristen) have been exceptional with my son.
I love the progress my son is making, the small pools and class sizes, the accommodating schedules, cleanliness of the facility, and the progress tracking. I like when parents are allowed on deck and don’t like that we aren’t anymore. I just feel like I can keep my son safe if I’m there to watch him closely rather than from a TV.
I was a little undecided about which school to join. I made several calls on Sunday however Antoinette was so patient, professional and pleasant. She answered all my questions and when I told her I was shopping around she remained pleasant and professional. I spoke to other schools afterwards however the customer experience was not even close to Antoinette’s. I called her back 2 hrs later and signed up.
Kristie was assigned my instructor and she was very professional, calming and very patient. I’m so happy I chose Swimlabs and my daughter will be joining next week.

SwimLabs has a good reputation for a reason. I didn't have the best experience when my son first started taking lessons. I gave feedback on my experience at the time and was pleasantly surprised when I received a response from an executive at SwimLabs. They apologized for my negative experience and made things right immediately. Customer service is extremely important to me and I feel like SwimLabs went above and beyond to ensure that a new customer had a good experience. In addition, there have been some recent procedure changes at SwimLabs and they have been for the better. There's more organization and I feel like the place is running much smoother. Kudos to the entire SwimLabs team. I have transferred my son's lessons to my daughter and her experience has been a great one so far.
My daughter has been with swim labs for a few years now and i am very happy with the mistakes they have fixed do to scheduling. Coaches and instructors are amazing which is why I have been here for yearS.

This was my son's first class and he loved it. I am sure he will be swimming in no time! His instructor was patient, kind and my son took to her immediately. The facility is nice, clean and all the staff were helpful.
The facility is simple and clean. Each coach is very good. The lesson points are set by level, or when a child can move up to a higher level, they not only tell the child, but they also email the parents to let them know exactly when it is time to move up. Classes increase or decrease as needed, so even if the class at the level we want to enter is full, we can usually get in within a month, and we have been able to move up steadily.
My children had learned so much in a few weeks..
Michelle has been amazing for my girls, very positive and cheerful. She works well with the children and makes them feel comfortable in the water.

Very happy with the instruction -- very focused on technique and pushes the students to use proper form. Love that.
Two criticisms of the facility. The waiting area and family changing areas are incredibly warm. I realize the heated pools make everything warmer but it would be great if the temp could be lowered around the facility to make it more comfortable. In addition, the spaces in the family changing area are very small. It's hard for my son and I both to fit in there. In addition, it would be great if hooks could be added to the "rooms" so you could hang things up instead of having to put everything on the floor (that would help a bit with the spacing issue).

Great class. Classes should be at least 45 minutes. As soon as we get into a flow it's time to leave.
