My son who is 3, was comfortable in the pool with this instructor after he was first upset to get in. He listened well with her ways with him.
I like how the class group size for each pool is small (only 4 kids) so that each child gets personalized attention. I also like how patient and friendly the instructors are. My son has never been in the water before and his instructor had a lot of patience with him and even spoke to the other instructor that he was new and had never been in a pool before. She told him to take his time with my son and ease him into each task. This relieves a huge burden knowing that my son is in good hands when in attendance.
Yesterday was our first swim lesson for our 9-month-old daughter! We had such a wonderful experience with our instructor, Franklin and are looking forward to our upcoming lessons with him! The process of setting up lessons went extremely smoothly. Email responses from your Swimlabs team were immediately responded to and were very helpful and supportive.
My son loves his instructor Mireya! She is a wonderful instructor to new beginners. My son speaks mostly Spanish and the fact that she speaks to him in Spanish and makes him feel comfortable is what I love. Plays with him, uses terms that are easy for him to know what he will be doing. The facility is always clean, the accessibility of changing/rescheduling is beyond great.
Overall, nothing but great things with Swim Labs and our instructor Mireya!

I have tried swimming lessons prior to this experience and I wish I would have saved my time and gone here first.
The environment with the small pool made the experience less overwhelming for my son. The temperature of the water and the room was another bonus.
It was very efficiently run, getting one client out and the next in. Staff was always friendly.
Coach Kyle was beyond patient teaching four 5 year old boys.

This is a great place to learn to swim. The small pools provide good space to make sure kids are doing the proper moves and give them comfort in going under water. The water is warm which is nice for kids (and even better if you are in a parent-tot class). The facilities are very clean and have lots of places to watch your kids learning.
We love Coach Christie! She has help build my daughter gain her confidence.

I love how great the instructors are with my child. Even though my son loves the water and has no fear, they are great with him. I love the communication about teachers and makeups.
My favorite teacher is briana. I feel that she is very supportive off each individual kids ability as well as challenging them.
The teacher, Kyle, was so wonderful with my son who was very nervous about his first class.

The experience was short and sweet with the semi- private lesson for my kids. Mr. Kenneth Aponte is a fabulous coach/teacher. My 5 year old babygirl followed his teachings and was super happy. He had the right mix of not overwhelming her yet challenging her, but always making her feel safe. The little sister was a bit shy but he was playful - I think she was one step away from getting into the water. Next time when she sees him I think she will do it. Thanks
