The only thing I would change is to have a better area for the swimmers when they get out of the pools. That carpet can't be dry, ever. I worry about what kind of yuk is growing in there. Also, there is only one shower, so the kids can't even rinse off before going home.

Carolina was super. My son was very comfortable in the lesson and he got plenty of attention from the instructor. The pools are a good size and depth for toddlers. Everything felt easy.

We liked how small the class was and the individual attention each swimmer was given. Also that you could watch them on the TV screen, it was also a very clean place and seemed well kept up.

The instructors have been phenomenal, and very good with kids. My son loves going to his lesson. The entire facility staff are welcoming, friendly, and quick to respond to questions. The facility is clean and not overcrowded. Other places we’ve gone in the past frequently cancel lessons due to staffing issues, that has never happened to us at Swim Labs!

We loved how friendly the staff is, the swim coach (River) that my son Had for most of the time was patient and kind in teaching and instructing that my son loved coming to lessons. Great experience overall.

We have been coming to SwimLabs for about 5 years now on and off. We absolutely love the staff (they go above and beyond) and the instructors are so great with our two girls. My oldest learned the basic skills to confidently swim in the pool and my youngest is almost there with the help of their instructors.
