I like the ability to check in online a bit to get on the list before arriving, rather than making an appointment that I might have to cancel or waiting in the store for long periods.
Today was the first time visiting this store (I had previously only used another location) and, holy cow, what a great first impression. Alex cut my hair and, I do not say this lightly but, it honestly had to be one of the best cuts ever. She really took her time and made me feel like I wasn't just a number... that she was concerned with doing the best job she could... especially with my stupid colics. :D
When I got home I raved to my wife (and she thought it looked great) and then hurried to fill out the survey. I was so impressed! Thanks Alex!!

I have taken my two boys to our local Sports Clips for years. Sports Clips is always clean, neat, and we are always greeted when we arrive. I have used the check-in via the app and have never had issues nor have we ever had to wait a long period of time upon arrival. The stylists are friendly and engaging. The stylists listen to the boys regarding the style of hair and I (Mom) can also help tell the stylist specifics regarding the style/hair length my son(s) may want. I also enjoy the rewards programs. The prices that I pay for my son’s are fair.

Honestly the only place I will go to get a haircut, and Angie the only one to do. Nothing against anyone else there, I'm just a creature of habit, and I know that she will fix my up just the way I like to look. I always leave feeling better than when I walked in, and everyone is always nice and welcoming.
