Service was speedy and smooth for an annual inspection. I was able to drop off vehicle and get timely notification via text when car was ready. Team also offered pick up scheduling via text, which is great for work from home customers nearby in Fall Creek. Overall, simple, straightforward service.

The communication was great. They clearly laid out each separate issue with my car, and sent it to me in writing so I could review and understand. I’m no expert on what car issues typically cost, so I can’t comment on their pricing vs. others in the area. All I know is that the price was laid out for me BEFORE the work began, and I was given the opportunity to accept or decline each diagnosed issue. The price I was given up front matched the price I paid upon completion. No additional costs or fees. My car was done within one business day, and they held my car in their lot until I returned from a work trip. Would 100% recommend CBA! Car issues are never fun, but CBA didn’t make an already stressful situation any more difficult.
