I CAN TELL YOU WHAT I DONT LIKE ABOUT SR CARE , I NEVER LIKE YOUR SCHEDULING AND THE PAY IS NOT GOOD AT ALL. I LIKE THE OFFICE STAFF BUT I NEVER LIKE THE HOURS. ITS LIKE IM WORKING AND USING UP MY TIME MARCHING IN PLACE. WHO CAN MAKE A DECENT LIVING MAKING SUCH A SMALL AMOUNT OF MONEY.

Everyone is very friendly.

Communication and meeting new people. The staff is also very helpful and makes sure we are safely able to get to our shifts.

Senior Helpers is a wonderful place to work. They really do care about the caregivers and safety comes first.
I had a couple of personal issues in my life I was able to go to them and talk with my bosses without any hesitation.

I haven’t been with the company terribly long, but I get the impress. Open, honest communication is important. It just seems that the leadership work hard to make things go smoothly. Expectations are clear and simple. I feel that Scott does a great job at looking into staff n making certain that our clients are safe n well cared for. I feel somewhat disconnected from most everyone else, but that is just the nature of the job. I would love to see a get together every now n then. Like, maybe a pot luck twice a year? It would be fun to meet other caregivers n get to know staff better. BUT, I’m a social creature. Not everyone is. Ha. I am thoroughly enjoying the work n the clients I meet. I feel like I wish I had done it years ago. I did child care and waitressing, but I have a real soft spot for the Seniors in society. The work makes me feel really good!! Thanks for all you do to make things work well.
