Jelly is incredibly consistent in helping my progress. She pays attention to the things I want to work on and is very focused on ensuring that I manage the risk of injury. She is very rarely unavailable and always tries to be flexible when my travel impacts my training.

The personalized training both physical and nutritionally, the friendly atmosphere, and the community of fellow trainees. Personally have been able to build muscle and tone up. It has been a pleasant experience and will continue this service.

My biggest disappointment is the elimination of the Group workouts in the morning.
I was alternating those with my semi- private training for thorough workout regimen. Not having those may be the thing that potentially would make me choose to not renew membership when the time comes.
